Beginnings of a PDF parser in Hammer

 - Currently needs a custom Hammer branch. You'll need to build against this:

   https://gitlab.special-circumstanc.es/pesco/hammer/tree/pdf

 - Build/Usage:

       $ make pdf
       $ ./pdf test.pdf
